  1. Acquisition of Duomed Group (entry into +9 countries in Europe).
  2. Acquisition of Arium in Portugal.
  3. Acquisition of Normedan in Spain.
  4. Acquisiton of Izasa Medical, Izasa Scientific and MC Medical in Spain and Portugal.
  5. First Installation in Spain of the Skywalker Robot for Knee Replacement Surgery using the Medial Pivot Prosthesis.
  6. We have installed the 15th Exablate Neuro system in Spain, which enables non-invasive treatment of essential tremor and tremor associated with Parkinson's disease.
  7. Launch of Signatera for monitoring Molecular Residual Disease.
  8. More than 6,000 women with breast cancer have benefited from the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score® test.
  9. Agreement with Mozarc Medical in the supply of vascular accesses in Italy for total therapeutic coverage of the dialysis patient.
  10. Agreement with Genedrive to bring the world's first point-of-care genetic test to prevent aminoglycoside-induced hearing loss to Italian neonatologists.

  1. Acquisition of Medical Concept Lab S.R.L, Innovamedica and Burke & Burke in Italy.
  2. Acquisition of Isoder in Portugal
  3. More than 6 million tests supplied for colorectal cancer screening programmes.
  4. INARI brand for percutaneous treatment of pulmonary embolism.
  5. First patient connected to ESCOR MOBILE, allowing children with ventricular assistance to leave the hospital while awaiting transplantation.

  1. Acquisition of Bioterra's radiotherapy branch.

  3. First patient with urethral stenosis treated with the active drug-coated balloon “Optilume”.

  1. Acquisition of Comercial Rafer.
  2. Launch of the spectral cytometry line.
  3. Initiation of the digitisation project for pathological anatomy for the Catalan Health Institute (ICS), Digipatics.
  4. Installation of the first Exablate Neuro in a public hospital.
  5. Essential supplier of PCR in Spain during the COVID pandemic (50% of tests conducted in the first 3 months).
  6. Palex supplies over 1,000 ventilators to the healthcare system during the pandemic.

  1. Acquisition of Bemascé, Spanish distributor of neonatal care products.
  2. Incorporation of Biogen Diagnóstica.
  3. Palex collaborates in 21 out of the 24 Colorectal Cancer Screening programmes in Spain.
